Working with Kim & Kurt Kraus made the selling process easy. We followed their advice. The photos/video and the description of our house in the listing were excellent. Because of their efforts, the open house attracted 15 couples to visit in just a few hours. The house was under contract in 8 days!!! Kim & Kurt answered all of our questions immediately and walked us through the selling steps in a painless fashion. My husband and I are very fortunate to have met Kurt at an open house event. He and his wonderful wife Kim helped us find a home that was suitable and in our price range. As first time home buyers, it is a very stressful event. Kurt was so knowledgeable and guided us through the whole ordeal. They were very dedicated and worked around our difficult work/school schedule. Both are professional and trustworthy. Prior to listing our home, Kim helped schedule a carpet cleaning, showed us how to make our home show ready, and brought in a professional photographer. Kim’s husband Kurt has a background in construction and was able to provide us with a mini inspection so we could make improvements prior to the real inspection. When it was time to list our home, Kim put it on the market on a Thursday, held an Open House on Saturday, and we had a full asking price by Sunday night! When we bought our new home, there was a little hiccup on the other end. It was the home we wanted, so we patiently waited for the other side to finalize their paperwork. Kim was very good about contacting the other real estate agent for a status update then would immediately let us know what was happening. Throughout both the selling and buying process, Kim walked us through the paperwork and answered all of our questions in a timely manner, including a few times during dinner. If we ever decide to list our home again, we will definitely go with Kim Kraus! We would also highly recommend Kim to any of our friends who are looking to sell their home or buy a new home

Kim and Kurt make a great team and I can’t recommend them enough. We listed our home with them, and with their expertise we had a full price offer in 3 weeks!! Unbelievably quick and they made the process so easy with no stress! After we sold we enlisted their help in buying our next home. They were always very patient and responsive with us and took their time showing us a lot of homes until we found the right one! I first had contact with Kim purely by accident. I was interested in a property near Ellenton, Fl and must have sent her a message on line. She responded immediately. I have lived in Sun City Center for one year in a rental. I moved from Indiana and did not want to buy until I was sure I liked the community. Well, I love it here ! Anyway, I can not say how grateful I am to Kim and Kurt (her husband) for going way beyond in helping find my new home. Even though it was a distance for them to travel – they always went out of their way to come to me and take me through house after house that was for sale. Kurt had been in the home inspection business for years and was particularly alert to the things to watch out for in every home. Kim and I would often find him in unusual places – up on the roof or snooping around inspecting the air conditioner, etc. They took the time to answer all of my questions and I was impressed with their knowledge. They warned me of pitfalls which buyers should be aware of and at the same time did not overlook any of my concerns. For I speak the truth and from the heart. I was not looking forward to buying a house. At first I was overwhelmed with all the choices on the market, but Kim made that a non-issue for us. She sat down and really listened to what our needs were for our new home. She was very knowledgable about the homes, neighborhoods, and the area that the houses were located in. What could have been months of aggravation to go through all the homes, she did for us in a couple of weeks. Not only was Kim knowledgable, she was great to work around our schedule. With my husband working in Tampa and myself in St Petersburg she had some challenges, but she never once made that an issue. Kim was always flexible and professional.
